Longtime secretary to retire

Julie Woydziak is retiring at the end of the school year after spending the past 23 years as one of the high school secretaries.

Her primary role as secretary has been in charge of the attendance.

Woydziak, who was universally loved by parents and students at the high school, has been a Rose Hill resident for 40 years and her husband, Dan, is a commissioner for District 5 in Butler County. All three of Woyzdiak’s daughters graduated from Rose Hill High School.

Once the thought of being retired has set in, Woydziak has a pretty good idea what she will be doing with her time.

“Even though I have really loved Rose Hill High School,” Woydziak said. “I plan to travel with my husband, Dan the Man.”
