Foltz calls it a career
Roger Foltz, who has been a counselor at Rose Hill High School for over 20 years, has announced his retirement at the end of the school year.
Foltz also coached football throughout the Rockets’ successful run in the 2000’s and came back last year to help the football program.
All three of Foltz’s children attended Rose Hill High School and his two sons, Blaze and Brady, were standout football players and went on to play at TCU.
In fact, Foltz retired from coaching in order to watch them play in college.
While there are many different memories that standout to Foltz over his time as a Rocket, there is one particular aspect that means the most.
“The many people, staff and students I had contact with over 20 years,” Foltz said. “That is what I will always remember the most.”
