The Rocket boys soccer team defeated Eisenhower 7-6 in the second round of the Goddard/Campus tournament on September 12th at Campus.
“We played a big tough Goddard Eisenhower and went down 2-0 by half time,” head coach Jerry Treat said. “We battled back and tied the game up with about 10 minutes and then won the game in a shootout.”
The Rockets scored both of their goals in the last 18 minutes of the game, Trey Bias scored the game winning penalty kick.
Up next for the Rockets is Goddard, in the finals of the Goddard/Campus tournament.
