The Rocket volleyball team won the Eureka tournament on Saturday September 14, going 5-0 in the round robin event.
“We played together really well this weekend. We got to see competition that was different then we normally do and that was an opportunity for us to practice some plays we had been incorporating during practice time,” Rose Hill coach Cherith Mock said.
This is the Lady Rockets best start to a season since 2011.
“We were not feeling 100 percent physically so I am so proud of my team for digging deep to play five matches on Saturday and come out on top of the tournament,” Mock said.
