The Rockets Basketball team suffered a tough loss losing to Garden Plain 65-44 in Garden Plain.
“Last night definitely was not the way we wanted the game to go with another loss but I think it was something that needed to happen for us to learn and grow as a team.” Said Zander Ford
The Rockets scored 44 points – 16 of them came from Zander Ford; Treyton Allison had four; Brayson Mohr had four.
“Although we started 0-2 I think we have learned a lot in a short period of time and it is just a matter of time before we start winning some games.” said Ford
The Rockets were down 21-11 after the first quarter and were down 32-20 going into half.
Next up for the Rockets is a home game against Hesston at 7:30.
