I was honestly really nervous for this class before school started. I didn’t know what to expect about the class. I’m not a big people person, and I don’t like talking to people, so I was super nervous.

Turns out this class is one of my favorites. It forced me to go out of my comfort zone and talk to people I normally wouldn’t talk to.

It’s also a fun and safe environment. I don’t feel nervous to talk out in class or ask questions to the people in the class with me. I haven’t done any big stories and I know my writing needs improvement, but I do know the people in that class with me are there to help me improve in my writing.

I’ve never felt more included in something. I feel involved in what is going on in our school and community. Being in this class has been such an amazing experience and it isn’t even halfway through the year yet.
